CPM Scheduling

Anyone can create a schedule.  However, Nationwide Consulting LLC invokes a highly technical and dynamic process known as critical path management(CPM) or CPM Scheduling.  CPM Scheduling is a mathematically based algorithm for scheduling a construction project. 

 

The CPM Scheduling process compiles the activities in an order which identifies the shortest possible path to project completion.  Through CPM Scheduling, schedule delays can be successfully mitigated.
